The owner knows his propensity for being mean and called him but when the dog saw Eli he made a beeline for him and ignored her commands. Eli just rolls over on his back in defensive mode and yelps. Today his tail was between his legs even after the woman called off her dog. These attacks were completely unprovoked and evolved after the aggressive dogs sniffed Eli for a few seconds. Then they decided to attack. I feel like I need to carry a taser.
