Everything is about this transformation that is happening, which is leading to the Great Transition, as St. Germain has given, which is indeed preceding the Great Ascension process, or even the full Ascension, as we can say it now.

Again, battles that are sometimes witnessed; not the battle itself, but the after-effects of this battle in terms of portions that sometimes fall to the Earth, as fiery blazes that are falling to the Earth in various ways. Some of these things are happening. But much of it is being cloaked here, as we can say here, kept from the ordinary vision of man. Not for those, though, that have the eyes to see and the ears to hear, and the expectation, or the willingness to do the research to find out more. And much, much more is occurring here. That is all we will say on this now. Shoshanna, do you have anything you wish to add?

Guest: Yes I do. I am being prompted to try or learn about sun-gazing. I have been told that it’s something that can do a lot of healing and to assist in the ascension. But also, ever since I’ve been born, I’ve been told that looking at the sun will make me blind. And so I’m fighting between what I’ve known in the past and also what I have been reading and listening to on different videos and audios.

OWS: We will answer this question by taking you back in terms of ancient times where this has been a practice for a very long time. This is nothing new that you are speaking of here. For many have risen with the sun, and have been those star-gazers, or sun-gazers, rather. They have worshiped the sun as it rose in the horizon. So it is not something that is new. It is something that is very old, very ancient, and very wise to do.

Shoshanna: As in all programs that run in this third-dimensional realm, the program is designed to prevent you from expanding your consciousness. So, when your heart and your mind connects, and you wish to pursue something that is outside the program, we say bravo. We say move forward in that consciousness.

And one of the ways they have done this is, as Shoshanna is saying, is this programming that the sun is bad for you, do not go out into the sun unless you have your suntan lotion on, or whatever it might be, to keep the harmful sun’s rays away. But it is exactly the opposite of that. Now that is not again to say to sit out in the sun in the middle of the desert in Phoenix in the middle of the summer and not think that you will not get sunburned–you will. But know that the sun in portions, small portions, is incredibly valuable to your continuing Ascension Process here. Okay?

Guest: All right. This pertains to the soul. I have it written down here. Is the soul ever hurt or broken or damaged? Is the soul ever influenced by its eternal journey?

OWS: The soul itself is a record of mind written in spirit. In terms of, if you do something that is of incredible karmic debt, and you are not ready to overcome that karma or work through it, we will say here, then you have heard that the light will consume that soul. And it is never, though, fully destroyed. It can be in some ways brought back to the beginning and start all over again. That is what we can say. Shoshanna?

Guest: Yeah. I hadn’t gotten tot that point yet, but that makes sense. I’m always curious about how things show up in my awareness and how that affects me on many levels.

Shoshanna: So we will say that in this human evolution…there are three evolutions that are going on. The first evolution is the Guardian evolution. That is their soul’s mission, you see. So they are following that purely. It is purely following that.

I sit on my cough where the sun comes in, and I feel that warmth. I look at the sun, it isn’t that blinding. But I gotta tell you, it is giving my eyesight back, little by little. I glance into the sun (it’s not that bright, and I can stand that) every morning. I say Hi to Helios and Vesta (Helios is the name of the sun).

OWS: It is part of the transformation or transition that is happening here. A cosmic transmission, we will say, which is affecting those here on the plant here as well. It is all purposeful. It is all part of the greater plan here.

OWS: So your question is, as you utilize the sun-gazing experience, is it changing you within your chakra centers, within your habits as far as your eating habits, is this the question?

It is operating, or working on your cellular structure, changing that.
