This harm has wounded our bodies, hearts, and spirits, and we see its echoes in the Divine Masculine as well. We reject its commodification, its violence , and its severance from the heart. We choose instead to honor our sexuality as a holy, creative force – a divine spark that kindles connection, joy and life. With unwavering resolve, we embrace our responsibility to face these shadows, to heal, and to reclaim our sacred essence. This healing is the foundation for mutual restoration.

We grieve the wounds inflicted upon us and our sisters, holding a healing space for pain without letting it define us. With steadfast courage, we unravel the chains of shame and fear through meditation, self-compassion and deeply trusted sisterhood. We must reclaim our bodies as Temples of Divine Light.

With fierce love, we now release those who perpetuated it, fully freeing our spirits. Intentionally beginning this healing journey is our sacred responsibility. This transformative act liberates us to fully embody our power and prepares us to meet the Divine Masculine in their own rise and healing, whole and unburdened.

3. Call upon the Violet Flame to place a circle of protection around you, during and after the meditation. Ask it to transmute anything that does not serve the Light. While sitting in this Violet Flame circle, for additional protection, visualize a golden Flower of Life sphere surrounding your energy field.

Hold the rose between your palms and place it over your heart chakra. You are now enveloped in the sacred and mystic energy of the Rose. Breathe this energy into your body for a few minutes, feeling a deep healing and peace beginning to take root within you.

You are now sitting in two pillars of Rose Red Light, the Light flowing in both directions.
