The purpose of the CIA Mind-control Programming was to secure life-long power over an individual in order to create Super Spies, Terrorists, Assassins and/or have life-long control over a victim. That preferred victim was likely a young child because Multiple Personalities controlled by the perpetrator could only occur in the developing brain of a child subjected to prolonged trauma. The torture to separate brain patterns began at a very early age – sometimes even in the womb through electroshock treatments on the mother.

On Mon. 26 May 2025 Russian forces launched a multi-pronged operation in Ukraine's northeastern Sumy region, capturing four villages: Novenke, Basivka, Veselivka, and Zhuravka. These weren't random military targets. Drone surveillance confirmed the presence of 51 kidnapped Russian children hidden within the occupied settlements — children who had been marked for trafficking.
