I am still having modem issues - the new modem refuses to engage with my devices. Maybe it's a vibrational mismatch! Today I spent an hour on the phone with a lovely patient young technician in India who suggested that we try again tomorrow after all our attempts failed. He said that I needed a break, and he was right. It was an extreme test of patience and endurance for me. I felt so stressed. The conversation was way above my technical abilities. He praised me for persevering and assured me that I was doing well. I know he will call back.
