The sun is shining and I will be going out shortly for my second walk of the day.Being outdoors on a day like this makes a huge difference to my state of wellbeing.This morning I went to the supermarket and stocked up-nothing crazy,just a good supply for about six weeks.There are 12 blocks of chocolate so I think I should just make it through any upcoming food shortages....!
