"Ken and Barbie vs. Goliath IRS": Ken Cromar presently sits in jail having been found guilty of living in his own fully owned home and after proving in a Federal Tax Court that he owed no monies to the IRS. Despite the ruling in Cromar's favor, the IRS sold his home at auction and threw away all his possessions including expensive camera equipment he used to make a living. He was arrested almost a year ago and has been sitting in jail since.

On December 23, 2025, I was sentenced to 6 more years imprisonment by federal judge Howard C. Nielson Jr., for a crime I did not commit. At sentencing he said, "I want to make an example out of you." He did this despite the fact his incorrect jury instructions, which if proven, completely VOIDS the jury verdict, requiring at worst a new trial, and at best throws the whole case out. The incorrect instructions to the jury were MIRACULOUSLY proven to be so just 16 days later by the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) in Moore v. United States (case #22-800). All nine Justices agreed on what federal income taxes are and what they are not. SCOTUS even provided a comprehensive history of income taxes from the founding of our nation from 1787 up to today. They pointed out that our nation has not had a "direct apportioned federal income tax" that applies to us Americans "since the Civil War". Not even the prosecutors' two expert, star witnesses, IRS agent veterans of 22 years (John Jensen - SLC) and 38 years (John Joseph - Denver) could point to the law that required Barbara and I to file federal income taxes. Judge Nielson chose to ignore all the important facts, the law, and SCOTUS, and sentenced me anyway.

I can relate to Joseph in Egypt from the Old Testament. And can relate to many others who have been falsely imprisoned throughout history. But Barbara and I knew that this "assignment" we're on would not be easy. It hasn't been. So now I'm officially federal prisoner #13871081.

This has been hard! Since January 2018 when our "IRS adventure" began, we exercised all the faith and actions we could to stand on our rights and retain our home -- and did so lawfully. The IRS and courts are the ones who broke the law, not us. So, we essentially ran towards and intentionally "jumped off the cliff". We did so fully trusting that God would provide the needed miracle "parachute" AFTER we jumped, believing that this is the Lord's battle, not ours, and that He never loses. It happened! That miracle parachute came in the form of a new Supreme Court decision of June 20, 2024, the first of its kind in nearly 60 years. This SCOTUS opinion confirmed that the Constitution and SCOTUS rulings have not changed in over 108 years!

All the meanwhile, the American people have had a great portion of their money stolen by lies, fraud and deceit -- at the point of a gun. Money families needed to survive stolen through fear by what is essentially a government sanctioned domestic terrorist cartel, when the IRS is in reality a foreign corporation. The IRS has made Americans slaves, and victims of what has been an ever-expanding wasteful government, with ever-shrinking freedoms, and an exploded national debt. The IRS was designed in secret by selfish, wicked, parasite leaders whose objectives were gaining power and influence and control, let America and the Constitution be damned. Ancient American scripture warns us:

It appears that the Lord has other plans and may be willing to give We the People another chance. You may remember that Moses told Pharaoh that his slavery plan for the Hebrews was over when he said, "Thus saith the lord God... Let my People go, that they may serve me." (Exodus 10:3) America's Pharaoh today is a US government gone wild and out of control, whose "whip" of fear and terror is the tyranny imposed on us by the IRS and DOJ. Taxes are not bad, but un-constitutional slave master tyranny we suffer today is exactly like what inspired the Founding Fathers' revolution against the British crown (Pharaoh). God always wants His children to be free. It's coming! Will we as a nation, and as individuals decide to REPENT (return back to God's ways), and fight to keep the liberty God and our Founding Fathers sacrificed their precious blood to give us? Or will we just sit back, be fat, lazy and ignorant, and hope somebody else will fight for our freedom? If we won't protect liberty today, will there be any left to hand down to our children and grandchildren? Wasn't it Reagan who said, "Once freedom is lost, it will cost the blood of at least one generation to win it back, if it can be won back at all."?

It may take more time for Barbara and my court case appeals to find their way to the Supreme Court. Based on the Constitution and SCOTUS's own explanation about federal income taxes in Moore v United States, if SCOTUS takes our case we believe it highly likely that they would give us a 9-0 win in "Barbie & Ken v Goliath IRS". Judge Nielson recommended that the 7-year sentence (gave me credit for time served prior to trial) be served at the federal prison in Englewood, Colorado. I'm currently "en route" there via Pahrump, Nevada (near Las Vegas), with likely transfer stops in Victorville, California, then to be shipped to Oklahoma City, another transfer hub, and then to be moved to Colorado. What was supposed to be maybe 2 weeks has now been 53 days that I'm still stuck here in Pahrump! Don't ask me why they do things this way. I don't understand any of it. The Bureau of Prisons or BOP stands for "Backwards On Purpose". It's just how they do their "business" of warehousing people in "prisoners-for-profit" detention centers throughout the county that are often privately owned and operated. Did you know that the US has more of its people in prison per capita than any other country in the world including China's notorious prison camps? [Note: By the time I got to Oklahoma, the Englewood Colorado Prison Camp was shut down and all those there were moved to Florence, Colorado, southwest of Colorado Springs.]

Prisons are different than county jails. Each has its own pros and cons. When I first got to Pahrump, during processing in, I was threatened by another inmate and was thrown into solitary confinement for my "protection". That's what they do when someone is threatened but won't "snitch" on the person who threatened you. It was either solitary confinement for 10 days, or being thrown in with the sex offenders wing with the rapists and pedophiles, etc. "Snitching" is not good for your health. Prisoners have their own communication system that reaches into other prisons, checks on court cases, etc., to find out who people are, and why they're really in prison. Pedophiles don't fare very well. A guy I knew was facing 20 years for drug use. A pedophile, heinous criminal was put in his cell with him, and he beat him mercilessly for the victim, and for the injustice of the sentences. The inmates are unofficially organized by race, each with its own leader, who administers punishments as necessary within each race; whites 20%, Latinos (55%), Blacks (22%), other (3%) I was warned once by the Whites' leader, "If you don't tell the truth, or make problems, we have to solve it within our race. If we don't, then the other races will. You can leave if you need to, walking out because you ask the guards, or you can go out on a stretcher. Don't make problems." During meals you're not allowed to sit with other races or them with yours. Prisons are very racist -- but there is some method to the madness that seems to work.

Zf. All Tom Fairbanks did was to spend much of his life gathering evidence on the Ritual Abuse of children in Utah. In early March 2024 he was arrested and placed in the Utah Weber County Jail.
