Over the past week,South Africa is on the edge of civil war and ethnic war.

There have been unrest in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal provinces,prompting the government to call up military reserves and seek deployment of soldiers to stop looting and crimes.

The riots erupted after former president Jacob Zuma surrendered himself to police last week.
