I believe Gorsuch's office recognized the integrity and sincerity of my cause, and maybe even my intent to win Certiorari and therefore gave the maximum time. Troy Lake, of Cheyenne, Wyoming was a "convicted felon" (along with me), in a cell right across from mine for 6 months. His crime? EPA violations, whose EPA measurement mechanisms were wrong. He had been incarcerated for nearly a year, and had already gone home, and was on an ankle monitor when President Trump granted him a full pardon the other day! This last Saturday Troy came to visit a mutual friend here walking right in the front door with his record completely cleared & expunged as an innocent, exonerated & vindicated man. Not surprisingly, the camp administrator was super, super, super sweet and jovial about the whole thing. Maybe too much so.
