Troy Lake, of Cheyenne, Wyoming was a "convicted felon" (along with me), in a cell right across from mine for 6 months. His crime? EPA violations, whose EPA measurement mechanisms were wrong. This last Saturday Troy came to visit a mutual friend here walking right in the front door with his record completely cleared & expunged as an innocent, exonerated & vindicated man. Not surprisingly, the camp administrator was super, super, super sweet and jovial about the whole thing. Maybe too much so.
