Judy Note: As of Wed. 27 Aug. 2025 Kaitlynn Hunter remained in critical health and grave danger at the hands of her abductors, the Ohio Child Protective Services. A SWAT Team consisting of six police cars and 13 police abducted Kaitlynn and her mother Jeannine from their home on Tues.

She needs to be in witness protection immediately and returned home.

On Tues. 26 2025 she was placed in juvenile detention after being ripped again from her home that she had run to from her abusive foster care where she was raped, tortured and beaten over seven years. Kaitlynn remains suffering from untreated head injuries from beatings and a year of starvation in foster care. CPS has put her in juvenile detention many times, and several six month stays in mental wards.

On Wed. 27 Aug. her mother Jeannine was charged in court with Obstructing Justice and Custody interference. She was released on her own recognizance with forced reported probation, ordered a mental health evaluation at a counseling (forcing more unnecessary costs). She was given a no contact order with Kaitlynn. She was given an order not to have any contact with CPS and not allowed on the property.

Over seven years in foster care she has been a victim of inadequate schooling, beatings, rapes and starvation for a year where she lost 60 pounds. Kaitlynn attempted suicide three times while in Ohio Foster care. Kaitlynn has run for her life to protect herself from rapes and severe physical and psychological abuse in which she was forced to live.

Jeannine is going to demand a jury trial. Court is scheduled in November. Attorneys so far, won't go against these guys. Jeannine has been working on the case, by herself.

"Ken and Barbie vs. Goliath IRS": Ken Cromar presently sits in prison having been found guilty of living in his own fully owned home and after proving in a Federal Tax Court that he owed no monies to the IRS. Despite the ruling in Cromar's favor, the IRS sold his home at auction and threw away all his possessions including expensive camera equipment he used to make a living. He was arrested almost a year ago and has been sitting in prison since.

I am in FCI Englewood waiting for oral arguments on appeal of my federal conviction for securities fraud. I was found guilty by a jury in a trial where my Federal Public Defenders called no witnesses to the stand, the Utah State Attorney General's Office interfered with the only witness being called in my behalf, and the Federal Public Defenders presented very little physical evidence.

They failed to negotiate settlement and never addressed the payments with the court or the jury at trial.

It's pretty ironic and just another example of a casualty of injustice, from the office of a man who railed on the corruption of his predecessors, during his election campaign.

Apparently the TRB so-called "Trump Gold Products" Scam is still alive and well on the Internet. Initially I received well over 400 email complaints on the matter before I had to cut them off. Recently I checked into it again. Now they are promising that you can still cash in your TRB products by setting up a Quantum Account with them (where they will claim you have over 40 million $ in your account). Only after you have given them your personal information, plus paid them thousands of dollars more – they will then promise to release the monies to you – which they never do. At least, no one has proven to me that they have ever received monies from investing in TRB products.
