We have heard nothing from President Trump, nor the White Hats about our urgent cry on Monday to rescue Kaitlynn and Jeannine from their persecutors, the Ohio CPS. On Tues. 26 Aug. Jeannine asked that the White House be notified that Kaitlynn is in danger and still suffers from untreated and bleeding head wounds – which Ohio CPS has not only never had treated, but actually prevented Kaitlynn from being treated.

A SWAT Team consisting of six police cars and 12-13 police abducted Jeannine and Kaitlynn, and then tried to abduct Grandmother Betty. Jeannine was placed in jail. The whereabouts of Kaitlynn is unknown.

The state could now try to probate her, assign her a guardian and steal her 37 acres of beautiful land – something which Jeannine is fearful they will do.

The situation went back to 6 November 2024 when Kaitlynn was beaten, again, while in foster care. Almost a week later and only after badgering by her mother Jeannine Jarrick, Ohio CPS finally took Kaitlynn to a hospital.

For the past several years she had suffered Dissociation as a result of past trauma such as being starved for a year where she lost 60 pounds and denied prescribed nutrition to regain her health. Eyes had been dilating for the past few years as a result of past beatings. She was in need of an eye operation from a prior beating months prior. She had been without her clothes, schooling and glasses since Sept. 2024. She had been raped and abused throughout her six year stay in Ohio Foster Care and had tried to commit suicide several times. All the while she was denied contact, or was only able to have little contact, with her one support person, her mother Jeannine Jarrick.

U. All Tom Fairbanks did was to spend much of his life gathering evidence on the Ritual Abuse of children in Utah.

I am in FCI Englewood waiting for oral arguments on appeal of my federal conviction for securities fraud. I was found guilty by a jury in a trial where my Federal Public Defenders called no witnesses to the stand, the Utah State Attorney General's Office interfered with the only witness being called in my behalf, and the Federal Public Defenders presented very little physical evidence.

On Thursday August 14, 2025, the Utah State Securities Commission held a public meeting to consider the Motion against me.

Months before my trial, and under suggestion of my Federal Public Defenders, I made two cashier's checks: one directly payable to one "victim" and one payable to my personal civil attorney's trust account until the Federal Public Defenders negotiated settlement with the other "victim." An email was sent to inform all Federal Public Defenders of the payments, which I did not owe. They failed to negotiate settlement and never addressed the payments with the court or the jury at trial.

It's pretty ironic and just another example of a casualty of injustice, from the office of a man who railed on the corruption of his predecessors, during his election campaign.

Apparently the TRB so-called "Trump Gold Products" Scam is still alive and well on the Internet. Initially I received well over 400 email complaints on the matter before I had to cut them off. Recently I checked into it again. Now they are promising that you can still cash in your TRB products by setting up a Quantum Account with them (where they will claim you have over 40 million $ in your account). Only after you have given them your personal information, plus paid them thousands of dollars more – they will then promise to release the monies to you – which they never do. At least, no one has proven to me that they have ever received monies from investing in TRB products.
