"Ken and Barbie vs. Goliath IRS": Ken Cromar presently sits in prison having been found guilty of living in his own fully owned home and after proving in a Federal Tax Court that he owed no monies to the IRS. Despite the ruling in Cromar's favor, the IRS sold his home at auction and threw away all his possessions including expensive camera equipment he used to make a living. He was arrested almost a year ago and has been sitting in prison since.

But, they kept sending it back with what appeared to be lame excuses about form, which didn't make sense because we were following their own rules. Seemed calculated to stop the kind of filing to SCOTUS we wanted. Hmm. But, I consider it a small bump in the road.

Then on Saturday the 17th, While laying on my bunk looking out my prison cell (cubicle) window, I saw a beautiful American Bald Eagle circling above me for a few minutes. I've been told that this is a good omen, particularly in Native American culture. I had never seen one around here since my arrival to this Federal Prison Camp on March 11th.

We have an official case #24-7258! What that means in essence is that my case is in the Green Room waiting, in hopes that the NINE Supreme Court Justices will consider hearing my case. When I had written back in December that "a small Miracle appears to be in the works" it was because that was when we made the FIRST attempt. But they kept sending it back claiming we had mistakes and that we couldn't file it the way we wanted, but it wasn't true, as we were following their rules exactly. It appeared as if the IRS / DOJ didn't want us to file the kind of application for writ a certain unique way we wanted to, because it would be super effective, and we could win. So, finally, they couldn't block us in the end.

Getting to SCOTUS to challenge the validity of the IRS's false interpretation of federal income tax law, -- has always been our goal since this nightmare began January of 2018. We've gone through 18 court cases to get to this point. Very few cases get heard by SCOTUS. There's no guarantee they'll hear my case. But, you can't win a landmark case at the Supreme Court unless the 9 Justices hear your case. They won't hear your case if it's not first on the docket for their consideration. You can't win at SCOTUS unless you file. And, we had to lose every one of the 18 cases to be able to get to the Supreme Court. Now, it will take a small Miracle for the Justices to be willing to Hear the false and fraudulent application of "the tax law" and TEST it. Well, here we are! Congratulations to ALL of We the People, -- not just "Barbie & Ken vs. Goliath IRS". So your prayers are more important now than ever please?!

We're not smart enough, or rich enough, nor fast enough to do this thing, but:

We understand that it's the Lord who wants to "set His people free, that they may serve me", (Exodus 10:3) as we anticipate the Second Coming of His Son Jesus Christ, who will rule and reign over a liberated world for the 1,000 years of Millennial peace and glory.
