  After three days of jury deliberation, I won on one count. Very devastating.  No one gave us a chance for even one win.  The marshals were impressed.  Prosecution for the United States of America (PUSA) thought they had it won but were clearly surprised and very worried as the jury kept deliberating over three days (Friday night for three hours, all day Monday until after 9 p.m. and most of the day Tuesday until 3 p.m.)  in what is often done in a couple of hours after trial.  That alone is a huge victory.

  It was so clear that the jury wanted to side with me and free me.  But that couldn't happen because of how the judge gave them his "Jury Instructions".  He kept saying, throughout the trial, "The jury decides the facts of the case based on the evidence and testimony, but I am the law and will instruct the jury on the law."  He sure did!  And his instructions on the IRS and the "requirement" of saying "most everyone in the country is required to file", directly contradicted what the two veteran IRS agents (22 years - John Jensen and 38 years – John Joseph, of Denver) testified under oath admitting that there is no law requiring you or me to file a federal income tax return.  They testified "there is no law" but the judge said there is, but never could point to such a law!  Nonsense!  Absurd!

  Why bother having a trial IF the jury is told they must follow "his instructions on the law"?  That's "justice" in America today.  Just ask the former president.  (Many have told me that my case is so similar to Trump's that it's eerie, but I don't know any details.  You decide.)

  The Founding Fathers understood the importance of having a jury of peers and established that the jury was to judge both the facts and the LAW.  It wasn't very long ago that the people understood that the jury had the power to void a law that was unjust from the jury box.  They still have the power today, but the People just don't know it, so they passively just do whatever the judge tells them to do regardless of whether it is right or wrong or even if it is unconstitutional.  We the People would be well to wake up and remember what our Founding Fathers gave us.

  In other words, it didn't really matter how well my team and I and our witnesses did during the trial making my case to the jury, because it was all undone by the judge's misrepresenting of the tax code.  Would it surprise you to know that the judge stopped us from talking about the law and IRS code anytime we tried?  After successfully getting two IRS experts to admit that there is no law?  And anytime I would ask one of their witnesses about the law, they were enforcing or testifying about, the PUSA would OBJECT! saying, "They're not qualified.  They're just witnesses and not qualified to talk about the law and they're not attorneys."  The judge would "sustain" (agree) and they couldn't answer my questions.  So, let's get this straight – they can enforce IRS code, steal people's homes, and assess taxes using the IRS code, but they cannot testify about it?!  Only BAR attorneys and judges know and understand the law?  We the people can't understand the law?

  Towards the end of trial when we finally had our turn, we did well!  And, praise be to God, my final statement to the jury was inspired and inspiring.  Much of the jury seemed to have turned towards me in that moment.  PUSA looked worried but shouldn't have been because they knew for a fact the judge's jury instructions would be the ace up their sleeve.

  Now for the good news – two weeks ago we went into trial expecting to lose because we knew the court was rigged against me and my team planned accordingly.  Our goal had always been to take this issue of deceitful IRS code up to the circuit court, to then take it all the way up to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS).  Our plan is still working.  This included getting Judge Nielson to finally rule on our various motions to dismiss, which he finally did, immediately after the verdict.  Strange, to do it after the fact, right?  After the jury verdict, he denied motions – perfect!  Now we can make our appeals which go directly to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals out of Denver, and from there, after they are rubber stamped against us, we can then take the IRS issue to SCOTUS.

  In recap, Count 1 – Attempt to Evade and Defeat the Assessment of a Tax USC 26 Section 7201 resulted in "guilty" with a penalty of up to five years.  Count 2 – Corruptly Obstructing the Due Administration of the Internal Revenue Code USC 26 Section 7212(a) resulted in NOT GUILTY but would have been three years penalty.  Count 3 – Forcible and Attempted Rescue of a Seized Property USC 26 Section 7212 (b), "guilty", is up to two years penalty.
