This will allow poor countries to use the Renminbi to buy oil from OPEC so that these poor countries can develop their own natural resources and extract them out of the ground. But they need cheap oil to do it. The gold-backed Renminbi allows the underdeveloped world to do it. The E.U. in part, sees the writing on the wall more than the U.S. does. We have Western *capitalism de-industrialization because that's what capital does. Moves from high-wage, low growth indebted centers to low-wage (cost of capital) low debt, new and emerging centers of industrial development. Capitalism is changing locations.

If Ukraine falls, and Trump wins, they could face Capital Punishment via crimes against humanity. That's what's on the line here. That's why there is so much desperation. It's life and death.
