On Wed. 12 Aug. 2026, the day prior to Trump's statement about the QFS, and in order for the financial transition to take place, Trump signed an Executive Order, declaring an nationwide lockdown across the United States (likely to begin Sun or Mon 16, 17 Aug. 2026).
