Kaitlynn Hunter is a 17 year-old who, with no apparent reason to be in Ohio Foster Care that I could see, has endured close to seven years of virtual prison in what appears to be a CIA Mind Control Program designed to prepare abandoned children and teens for placement in a Sex Trafficking Ring.

"I was used as a sex slave for top politicians," claimed Carol Rutz in her book "A Nation Betrayed." Rutz said she was abused in CIA Mind Control Experiments from the tender age of four and throughout her teen years until age sixteen (1952-1964).

Thousands of innocent children who have now grown into adults are silently suffering from the effects of these experiments," Rutz went on to say. "Like me, most of the children used in these experiments were sold by a caretaker in the name of "National Security" and subjected to untold horrors at the hands of the US government."

By Congressional mandate the CIA supposedly shut down their Mind Control Program in 1964, the year Rutz's abuse ended. Though, many other survivors of the torture program claimed CIA mind-control abuses AFTER the program supposedly ended.

In 1965, a year after the CIA program was thought to be shut down, six year-old Jenny Hill was subjected to this tortuous brainwashing by a man identified as Dr. Green – head of the CIA Mind Control Program. Hill's biography detailed Green's use of Satanic Covens and Satanic Ritual Abuse including torture, rape and killing of child victims, as the basis for his CIA Mind Control. The dramatic abuse splits the young developing mind into multiple personalities in order for the brain to deal with the abuse – alters that can later be accessed by perpetrators to do their bidding.

Three Mind Control Survivors testifying at 1995 Congressional Hearings on the CIA Mind Control Program gave proof that Green was head of the CIA Mind Control Program. (1) Green was an employee of the Army Chemical Center. (2) Green had documents in his office to and from the CIA and military personnel. (3) Green received 50 million dollars from the CIA Science Division, CIA Office of Research Development to run the CIA Mind Control Program.

In the 1995 Congressional Hearings witness/victim B Christine Nicola claimed she was also abused in the CIA program by Dr. Green. Her torture went from 1966 through 1976. Another Congressional Witness, Victim C, said she was tortured in mind-control experiments directed by Green 1957 through 1984.

In 1995 Congressional hearings on CIA Radiation Experiments, Survivors of the CIA program like Jenny Hill said a Dr. Green tortured them as children. One victim from age 4 to14 and the second victim from age 7 to 24.

"Secret Weapons – Two Sisters' Terrifying True Story of Sex, Spies and Sabotage" is a well-documented account of two children's' long untold stories of being child subjects of the CIA's Mind Control Project MKULTRA. Two Ohio-based investigators Schwarz (The Hillside Strangler) and former police captain and "ritual abuse expert" Griffis wrote the book from memories of sisters Cheryl and Lynn Hersha, studying declassified CIA files and interviewing military personnel.

Prior to turning seven the girls were subjected to traumatizing experiments in a government-authorized mind-control program designed to make them respond to code words so to be used as spies and assassins. Cheryl was a caged "lab rat," released to navigate electrified mazes. At 15, Lynn witnessed a murder.

Rutz also stated, "In light of so many abuses of power coming before the public in recent years, many adult survivors of these childhood experiments are stepping forward to be heard."

"Ken and Barbie vs. Goliath IRS": Ken Cromar presently sits in prison having been found guilty of living in his own fully owned home and after proving in a Federal Tax Court that he owed no monies to the IRS. Despite the ruling in Cromar's favor, the IRS sold his home at auction and threw away all his possessions including expensive camera equipment he used to make a living. He was arrested two years ago and has been sitting in prison since.
