In a lengthy 3.5-hour hearing with many friends and family in attendance, Judge Howard C. Nielson Jr. DENIED EVERY MOTION for Judicial Acquittal, motion for New Trial, the motion to Vacate the VOID Judgement due to SCOTUS ruling in Moore vs US, etc.

Merry Christmas? At the climax of my response in my closing comments I stated, “I’ve lost everything. I’ve harmed no one.”

So, on the 482nd day of my IRS/FBI kidnapping nightmare, things just got worse. Devastating! This promises years in minimum security at Inglewood Federal Prison in Littleton (a suburb of Denver, Colorado). The judge also has required $723,028.65 in “restitution” to the “victim” United States. Also, a $4,400 trial fee and a $200 payment due “immediately”. My dear sweet 90-year old mother has often said that my case seems to be an exact parallel to Donald Trump’s various cases. I can only pray that all my charges get dropped like his. So many false accusations and misapplied codes, all for political and propaganda purposes.

Jesus had something to say to the lawyers and judges, “…You experts in the law, wo unto you, because you load down people with burdens they can hardly carry, and you yourselves will not lift one finger to help them.” (Luke 11:46 NIV Bible)

At the end of the string of 12 denials, Nielson asked if there was anything that was missed. I said, “Yes, the Writ of Habeas Corpus.” This is probably the most important one of all because it requires the court to declare a foundational authority in law upon which it claims to hold me and do so within 3 days of the November 14th filing of the Writ, 20 days, if requested before the 3 day deadline. He ignored the December 5th deadline altogether. Yesterday, he said, in essence, “in light of all the reasons already provided in my numerous denials, I don’t think that’s really necessary now. Code allows me to ignore it if you’re ‘not entitled thereto’ but I would deny it anyway.” I respectfully explained that I would like the court to make a ruling now, on the record, to finally address all my motions. He ignored my 12 motions for over an astonishing 6 months. He agreed to do so. Thank you. Finally, now I can move on to making my appeals to the 10th Circuit Court out of Denver.

We know we are 100% innocent and so do the prosecutors. We’ve been convicted of “crimes” that we did not commit. Judge Nielson was “prepared for such a time as this”, (Esther 4:14) but he failed. Instead “someone” will accomplish what he failed to do. Nielson had a chance to make history in behalf of We the People, but instead he’ll be run over by history and his lost opportunity to do justice in behalf of the American people and save them from IRS slavery. Remember, if it could happen to “Barbie & Ken”, it can happen to you!

Some ancient American scripture comes to mind that warns us about the courts in our day. It says to beware of the lawyers and judges who would use their “cunning devices” to catch innocent people in their words so they could “cast them into prison” according to the “crime” which they could make to appear or witness against them. “Now these lawyers were learned in all the arts and cunning of the people; and this was to enable them that they might be skillful in their profession…and now behold, I say unto you that the foundation of the destruction of this people is beginning to be laid by the unrighteousness of your lawyers and judges.” (Alma 10:13-15, 26 Book of Mormon)

We’ve been warned. We’ve let our courts get out of control. We the People need to repent and stand for truth so that we don’t lose our liberty and our country.

- Ken Cromar presently sits in jail having been found guilty of living in his own fully owned home and after proving in a Federal Tax Court that he owed no monies to the IRS. Despite the ruling in Cromar’s favor, the IRS sold his home at auction and threw away all his possessions including expensive camera equipment he used to make a living. He was arrested almost a year ago and has been sitting in jail without the ability to file an appeal because he wasen’t sentenced until Mon. 23 Dec. 2024.

After court filings by the Cromars the Commissioner of Internal Revenue admitted that the IRS had no legitimate claim over the Defendants Cromar and a Dismissal for lack of jurisdiction was granted.
