Daughter decided to check on her mother’s vote after the election and learned her vote was counted. Judy’s mother had cognitive decline and was not interested in politics. The Wisconsin Election Commission instructed nursing homes to violate state law, instructing them not to use special voting deputies to assist residents in voting. Racine county sheriff says WEC “shattered” Wisconsin’s election laws and did it intentionally.
