The speed of which the changes and ascension is now happening will take a lot out of all of us now, and we truly need to find time to be out in nature, to rest, and to be open and receptive to all which is being downloaded into us, all the upgrades, as well and intense new activations in our new twelve and twenty-four strands of DNA.
