At my son's small high-end school (the father is very wealthy and petitions constantly to control my son's school, doctors, imposed "therapists," etc.) the director and many teachers are fully involved in harm, shaming, rituals and abuse of the children on the school premises as well as at other outside locations - such as during illegal sudden pop up field trips.
