We hope you will get a chance to serve others this Christmas season, by yourself or with your family. Christ taught if we do good to others, "you have done it unto me". So to really honor Him, what better gift can we give than service? Ken has been doing prison ministry and is touching souls as we are patiently waiting on his appeal process to both the state of Utah and federal courts.

As you know, the court system has become terribly corrupt and slow moving, so this has taken much longer than it should have. After 7 long years of waiting, Ken and Barbara's most important filing to the Supreme Court of the United States time has finally come. It is an appeal regarding Ken's federal trial of May 2024 (coincidentally, exactly during Pres. Trump's fake trial) that was due Dec. 1, but because of a calculation error by a friend assisting us, we had to ask for a filing extension. Remarkably, not only was our motion for extension granted by Justice Neal Gorsuch, but we were given the full 60 days!

We can breathe easier now and properly prepare this appeal, which we believe when we're successful, will not only help to exonerate and vindicate us, but also will unchain our 7 kids, soon to be 13 grandkids, YOUR family, and all Americans from a corruptly and un-Constitutionally operating IRS and help restore and make America great again.

We pray the God of Miracles helps us! Ken enjoys being outside watching the sky and clouds (he sees them as God's fluffy white comforter blankets) and the birds and eagles. The prison is on a high desert plateau, and eagles from distant mountains are rare, so sightings have miraculously happened exactly at the right time during legal challenges and prison turmoil–giving needed comfort and great confidence in our cause.

Barbara passed the spring, summer, and fall this last year walking and biking along trails and enjoying nature also. She reads, does crafting, writes, collects movies, and also does service when and where she can. It has been a great blessing for her to read the scriptures every day as she is still patiently waiting to be able to see her husband again after so long being apart.
去年春、夏、秋三季， 芭芭拉都在步道上步行和骑行，享受大自然。她阅读、做手工、写作、收藏电影，也在有空时提供服务。她每天读经对她来说是一种极大的祝福，因为她仍在耐心等待，盼望在长时间分离后再次见到丈夫。
She has met and made lots of friends who she loves very much. We have gotten letters and cards of support from all over the country and are so grateful and humbled for the many kind people who are praying for and supporting us! We are also grateful for you, dear loved one, who we hope to see again soon and have happy times with again. We pray for it!
