"Ken and Barbie vs. Goliath IRS": Ken Cromar presently sits in jail having been found guilty of living in his own fully owned home and after proving in a Federal Tax Court that he owed no monies to the IRS. Despite the ruling in Cromar's favor, the IRS sold his home at auction and threw away all his possessions including expensive camera equipment he used to make a living. He was arrested almost a year ago and has been sitting in jail without the ability to file an appeal because he won't be sentenced until next Feb. 2025.

Yesterday we filed an important document in federal court, telling them (NOT asking) that the trial verdict is in fact, VOID.  We explained that the jury instructions were based on the IRS and court's incorrect interpretation of the 16th Amendment and that the Supreme Court's Moore case says so.  It's common judicial knowledge that when the jury is given incorrect instructions that provide a false interpretation of the law that the jury's verdict is NOT valid—or in other words, it's VOID and thus requires a whole new trial.  That's good!

  Well, I'm not excited about going up against IRS/DOJ attorneys again all by myself in a new trial, but they would not be able to use all their fraudulent arguments that SCOTUS has just destroyed.  Remember, I defended myself against 4 prosecutors for 8 days, all by myself, and then it took the jury three days of deliberation, and I won one "Not Guilty" and lost on two counts.  With the "Supremes" on my side I figure I'm ready to win on all three counts and take a wooden stake and drive it deep into the heart of the giant IRS once and for all.  That won't be just a win for "Barbie and Ken" but a HUGE win for ALL we the people, throwing off the slavery shackles of the IRS and freeing all Americans!  (Note:  The country raised all the tax dollars needed through imposts, duties, and excise taxes for 125 years no problem.)

  The court needs to recognize they've lost and just throw out the verdict ("vacate it").  Otherwise it will be embarrassing for them to be slapped down by the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals (Denver) or the Supreme Court, who will undoubtedly "reaffirm" their own unanimous foundational law analysis in the Moore vs US case.  I don't think they really want to see Barbie and Ken vs US at the Supreme Court, do you?
