    Dear Patriot Friends and Family, Good news on this 205th day of my being kidnapped and held as an IRS political hostage.  We have filed a flurry of motions over the last few days that include demanding the recusal of Judge Howard C. Nielson and now have added Magistrate Dustin B. Pead to that list requiring recusal. (Remember, we've already got the prosecutor, Mark Woolf, to quit.) Title 28 Section 455 is called "Disqualification of Justices, Judges, or Magistrate Judges" and says that they "shall disqualify themselves in any proceeding in which his impartiality might be reasonably questioned." "Jurisdiction" means the authority for a court to hear a case. So, if you don't have jurisdiction, you can't have the case. As our filing says, "It is Constitutionally impossible for the plaintiff United States to cure the fatal defect in the alleged…jurisdiction… Dismissal with prejudice is now required of the court."

This term is like calling someone a "Nazi pedophile terrorist" - having the same effect that in essence creates a "shoot-to-kill" order for law enforcement.  Do you remember poor Chase Allan who was murdered March 1st of last year by five police officers who emptied their guns into his body as he sat in his car, literally hundreds of feet away from where I sit in this jail cell in Farmington, Utah right now.
