You will see evidence of members of the Wisconsin Election Commission openly talking about violating election laws: Judy’s mother died at Ridgewood nursing home. Daughter decided to check on her mother’s vote after the election and learned her vote was counted. Judy’s mother had cognitive decline and was not interested in politics. Judy was told that nursing home staff was permitted to fill out ballots for residents. Judy filed a complaint with Wisconsin Election commission, which refused to investigate and passed it on to the Racine DA. The DA referred it to the Sheriff’s office. Voting clerks reported a surge in residents voting at Ridgewood nursing home. Normally only a few residents vote in an election but in 2020, there were many requests for mail in ballots. The Wisconsin Election Commission instructed nursing homes to violate state law, instructing them not to use special voting deputies to assist residents in voting. Racine county sheriff says WEC “shattered” Wisconsin’s election laws and did it intentionally.
