Judy Note Thurs. 21 Nov. 2024 Update Ohio Foster Child Kaitlynn Hunter: Kaitlynn's mother, Jeanine Larrick, has heard no word at all as to Kaitlynn's well being. The last we knew was on Sat. 16 Nov. 2024 when she was taken by Ohio Child Protective Services workers and Dayton police from the Dayton Ohio Children's Hospital in the middle of the night where she was under observation for an untreated head injury.

Eyes have been dilating for the past few years as a result of past beatings. She was in need of an eye operation from a prior beating months ago. She has been without her clothes, schooling and glasses since last Sept. She has been raped and abused throughout her six year stay in Ohio Foster Care and has tried to commit suicide several times. All the while she has been denied contact, or was only able to have little contact ,with her one support person, her mother Jeannine Jarrick.

How do you get an investigation open for a foster child who is being abused by the very system which was set up to protect her?

He told her that she would need to get a lawyer to represent her charges against CPS. It was signed by Logan Fry, Constituent Liason for David Yost.
