Judy Note: Red October is coming in hot and heavy. The apparent manmade Hurricane Helene was the first indication as it appeared just a few days after the UN declared their "Pact for the Future."

Verizon has experienced the most significant impact, with other carriers also affected due to their reliance on Verizon's infrastructure. The systematic nature of this shutdown indicates it was likely executed with ill intent rather than being a simple system malfunction.

We just got cell phone service but communication is spotty. Rivers are creating 10-15 feet above record flooding levels. Trees still falling. Emergency crews are overwhelmed just trying to save lives or find people trapped in mudslides. I did see some military vehicles today and some out of town utility workers. I think they're sending people. People are beginning to panic and act crazy. Black Mountain, North Carolina, is getting some gas, food, and needed supplies. The federal and state governments said they were unreachable, so the people took into their own hands to deliver through a single passable roadway. American patriots are the life blood of our nation. They're talking about Martial Law (according to my pastor who works for DOT). Please pray for us that we can recover and don't get hit with another storm. It's a 1000 year storm. Whatever you hear on the news it's far far worse.

"Ken and Barbie vs. Goliath IRS": Ken Cromar presently sits in jail having been found guilty of living in his own fully owned home and after proving in a Federal Tax Court that he owed no monies to the IRS. Despite the ruling in Cromar's favor, the IRS sold his home at auction and threw away all his possessions including expensive camera equipment he used to make a living. He was arrested almost a year ago and has been sitting in jail without the ability to file an appeal because he won't be sentenced until next Feb. 2025.

This is exciting! Fasten your seatbelts. Two amazing miracles appear to have started cooking; one in the Utah Court and the other in Federal Court in Salt Lake City.

All was due to a fraud committed on her unsuspecting court by unindicted co-conspirators.

If Judge Johnson grants our motion that could mean all charges being dropped, and Barbara's warrant disappear, and the 364-day sentence I just served being bogus! That would vindicate and exonerate us completely. This is what we've been praying for, and that the fraud on the court that led to our conviction be overturned.

Secondly, on Tuesday we learned of a brand new supreme court decision on a foreign earned income tax case (not like ours) called MOORE vs UNITED STATES where all nine justices agreed that income tax authority comes from Article 1 Section 8 Clause 1 out of the Constitution only! It's complicated, but simply stated SCOTUS essentially has said that the 16^th Amendment in the way the IRS fraudulently uses it, as a "direct federal income tax" is not lawful. The IRS has argued for decades that people like Barbara and I don't know the law and are "frivolous" and they took us to court and now here I am still in jail 395 days later. Well, the Supreme court just blew their argument out of the water!

In other words, the MOORE case side issue about tax authority is THE main issue in our case. The Supreme Court has teed it up for us. So, today, we filed a judicial notice, brilliantly drafted by Tom Freed, alerting the court that the argument used by the prosecutors for the United States and the jury instructions given to the jury by the judge were wrong (because SCOTUS said so, in essence) and that the case must be dismissed and that I must be immediately released!
