Barbie & Ken had a dream that goes like this… Once upon a time in the quiet kingdom of Cedar Hills, Utah lived Barbie & Ken, who served their community faithfully. Ken was one of the City Councilmen, who discovered that there were problems in the counting house, where they were counting out the money.

When Goliath's threats did not scare Barbie & Ken, Goliath sent a Royal Notice claiming that Barbie & Ken were Tax Cheats and owed Goliath IRS more than $1 Million for unpaid taxes.

"Silence," the Chief Judge yelled at Barbie and Ken, "we will hear no more of this" and the Chief Judge ordered Barbie & Ken's Dream Home (their castle) be auctioned off at the Royal Courthouse steps.

On the day of the Royal Auction, the Goliath IRS Agent (Gary Chapman) awarded the castle to be sold to the highest bidder Nathan Eddington, one of the Governor's Guard (Utah Highway Patrol) for $330,000. Barbie & Ken appealed to the Royal Federal Appeals Court and while waiting for a ruling on their plea for help, the Chief Judge ordered the home to be sold to "Bishop" Brett Belliston for $331,000 claiming that "Bishop" Belliston was the winning bidder at the Royal Auction even though he wasn't in attendance at the auction.

But as Barbie & Ken tried to share the news of Goliath IRS' defeat, Goliath's brothers said, "we will have none of this," and "they" made sure that no one would accept Goliath's Royal Decree. Barbie & Ken even tried to tell their religious leaders of their victory, but they would not listen and instead, Barbie & Ken were given a Notice of Trespass stating that they will be arrested if they stepped foot on any Church Property. So, Goliath's brothers not only successfully prevented Barbie & Ken's victory from being told, but they even got the Church to cast them out!

Finally, the Queen of the Utah Court, Christine S. Johnson, held a trial against Barbie & Ken for burglarizing their own castle and interfering with their attempt to steal Barbie & Ken's Dream Home and the (bought and paid for) jury quickly found Barbie & Ken guilty of the charges.

So, Barbie & Ken went into seclusion and appeared at the sentencing hearing by way of the Royal Video System (WEBEX). The Queen of the Utah Court was infuriated to realize that Barbie & Ken were in attendance but out of the reach of her henchmen. The Queen of the Utah Court suspended the sentencing hearing until such time that her henchmen could arrest Barbie & Ken and bring them back into her court.

For more than a year, Barbie & Ken evaded the Queen of the Utah Court's henchmen while they continued to seek redress of the false claims made against them. During that time, the Royal Federal Court held a grand jury, not knowing of Goliath IRS' Royal Decree, indicted Ken on the same crimes that they had already been tried for in front of the Queen of the Utah Court. Ken was finally arrested and brought in to custody by the Royal Federal Marshall and was charged again in the Royal Federal Court for the same bogus crimes.

The prosecutor also explained that he went back to "Bishop" Belliston and confirmed that he was permanently waiving his rights to all claims of restitution against Barbie & Ken. Mr. Perkins stated, "the prosecution has not consulted with the defendants Barbie & Ken, but no objection is expected."

8.      "Bishop" Belliston's decision not to pursue restitution appears to be his acknowledgment that "they" have been caught red-handed and exposed by the county records, which may have influenced "Bishop" Belliston to limit his exposure by not asking for anything from Barbie & Ken.

And, Barbie & Ken also stated that they "believe that the court may have been deceitfully used to steal their castle through the commission of fraud upon the court." Then on January 12th, at exactly 9:54:40 a.m., the Queen of the Utah Court (Judge Christine Johnson) signed, "Order Striking Restitution Hearing."  Could it be that the Queen of the Utah Court and the prosecutor have reason to believe that Barbie & Ken's castle was, in fact, stolen from them by fraud in a possible criminal conspiracy involving a number of unindicted co-conspirators?
