Because of the nature of FISA surveillance, everyone in Page’s orbit also came under FBI surveillance, including the entire Trump campaign. At minimum, Comey & McCabe can be charged with knowingly providing false information to a court. In his interview with the DOJ Inspector General, McCabe said he would not have signed the FISA application had he known the information in it was false.
